Norm West has proudly called the Triad home since 1987 and now resides in northern Davidson County with his wife, Carrie, and their adult autistic son. With more than three decades of experience as the co-owner of a successful residential and commercial fence contracting company, Norm built a reputation for great quality and customer service before selling the business in 2026. He has maintained an active real estate license since 1992 and earned his general contractor's license in 2008, giving him a unique perspective on both the real estate and construction industries. Norm is passionate about helping buyers, sellers, and investors make informed decisions by drawing on his construction knowledge and hands-on experience. Whether evaluating a property's potential or guiding clients through a transaction, he is committed to providing personalized service. When he's not working, Norm enjoys traveling and creating new memories with Carrie.
